Hours

Monday-Thursday  8am-7pm
Friday 8am-5pm
Saturday 9am-12pm
*Monday-Friday 8am-9am is Walk-In Hour (no appointment needed - first
come/first served)

Refills

While we will try to accomodate requests as quickly as possible, please allow
24 hours for refills to be ready for pickup.

School and Camp Forms

Due to high volume especially in the summer months, please allow 3 business
days for any forms to be ready for pickup. We can only return forms by mail if
provided with a self-addressed, stamped envelope.

Copays

Our contracts with health insurance companies dictate that we must collect a
copay at each patient visit based on your individual plan.

We do accept debit and credit cards in addition to cash and checks.

Triage

During office hours, done by nurses who consult with providers as needed.
After hours, one of our providers is available by calling the main number.
