Medical Home
We serve as our patients’ Medical Home – a place where you are treated with respect, dignity, and compassion. We coordinate with specialists, hospitals, and other community services in order to deliver the best medical care for our patients.
We want to be the first place you call when you have questions about your health.
That is why we are available in the office in evenings and on Saturday. We are also available by phone for consultation when the office is closed.
Triage
During office hours, our nurses can speak to you about any questions and help you decide if you need to be seen in the office and how quickly.
Medication Refills
Most refills should be requested through the pharmacy where you received your original prescription. They will send us a request electronically and we can directly refill it that way.
While we try to accommodate requests as quickly as possible, please allow 3 business day for refills to sent to the pharmacy.
School and Camp Forms
Due to high volume, especially during the summer months, please allow 3-5 business days for any forms to be ready for pickup.
We can only return forms by mail if provided with a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
